摘要
The results of investigation of diffusion processes by Auger electron-spectroscopy method in thin-film systems based on Fe and Cr are presented. According to the experimental data, the effective coefficients of condensation-stimulated and thermal diffusions are computed. The peaks shifts in Auger spectra caused by formation of solid solution during an annealing process are analysed.
