摘要

The thousand-fold change in the resistance with increase in temperature has been observed in the current-in-plane (CIP) geometry of the La0.8Sr0.2MnO3/Co heterostructure prepared using a sol-gel method. The CIP geometry below 300K exhibits the variable-range hopping (VRH) mechanism. The current-voltage characteristic is nonlinear and the fitting shows that the exponent n decreases with increasing the temperature, which is attributed to the lattice mismatch between the LSMO film and the Co substrate.
