摘要

According to the actual geometric relation, the model of independent wheel and rail is built using the finite element parametric quadratic programming method. Through the analysis of the wheel-rail contact between two different treads in different relative position, the variation regulations of contact patch shape, area, and contact force for the wheel-rail are obtained. The finite element models are built by the general profiles which are chosen from worn wheel profiles and railheads which are measured by wheel-rail profile admeasuring apparatus. The worn wheel-rail contact problems are analyzed on the tangent and curved track, respectively. Variable regulations of contact area';s size, shape and position were generalized. Compared with other models, the contact model of worn wheel-rail shows that the largest contact area';s size, and such a wheel-rail matching is the best.
