摘要

The traditional current-controlled method has been widely used in distributed converters for battery energy storage. Based on current-controlled method, the converter has capacitive equivalent output impedance in low-frequency range, which reduces its operation stability under weak grid. In additional, resonance happens in multi-converters parallel condition. To solve this issue, the voltage-controlled method for energy storage converters was analyzed. The converter's impedance model based on voltage-controlled method was built to analyze its operation stability under weak grid. Through impedance analysis, based on voltage-controlled method, the converter has inductive equivalent output impedance, which is just like the characteristic of non-ideal voltage source and is not easy to oscillate with the increasing grid impedance. Thus, the converter is more adaptive in a weak grid. The simulation and experimental results verify the theoretical analysis.
