摘要
A review, with 67 refs., of methods for synthesis of nanosized ZnO particles of various shape (spherical, elongated, branched) In particular, mechanochem. methods, controlled pptn., synthesis under supercrit. conditions, thermal decompn. of precursors, use of patterns and synthesis of 3-dimensional structures were described.
