摘要

A new tripodal naphthalene derivative was synthesized by a one step condensation reaction of tris(2-aminoethyl)amine and 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde. Its structure was characterized by H-1 NMR, MS, IR and elemental analysis. In ethanol aqueous medium (2:3, V:V, Tris-HCl buffer, pH = 7.0), addition of Zn2+ led to the formation of a 1:1 complex, and a significant enhancement of fluorescence and absorption was observed. The derivative exhibited excellent recognition in the detection of Zn2+, and it was found that the metal complex could be employed as a probe to study bovine serum albumin.
