摘要

In order to take full advantage of the temperature rising effect on the performances of GDI injector, a novel inner heated GDI injector is developed. With the energy dissipated as heat source and fully considering the heat conduction effect of fluid and air, both simulation on the temperature field of GDI injector with ANSYS and experimental study on the distribution of GDI injector temperature field with thermal infrared imager are conducted. The results show that driving signal has relatively great effects on the temperature rise of GDI injector body, and the higher the temperature, the slower the dynamic response of GDI injector, the less the amount of fuel injection. In addition, the temperature rise of injector body may also cause the apparent change of spray pattern.
