摘要

This paper reports the assembly of Au nanoparticles into 3-D network structures mediated by Lys-Lys. The condensation of. lysine residues mainly results in the formation of dipeptide as indicated by mass spectrometry. Two lysine molecules are connected together to form dipeptide (lys-lys) after the addition of condensing agent such as EDC. As a result, the gold nanoparticles are assembled into network array linked by Lys-Lys. The distance between two adjacent- nanoparticles in the network is. 1.5 nm as determined by TEM observations, in consistent with the length of the dipeptide.
