摘要

目的观察清燥救肺汤及其分解剂对肺炎支原体(mycoplasma pneumonia,MP)感染小鼠血清IL-10、TNF-α水平,CD4+、CD8+T细胞水平及CD4+/CD8+比值变化影响,探讨其抗MP感染的作用机制。方法将144只BALB/c小鼠按随机数字表法分为正常组、模型组、全方组、分解I组、分解Ⅱ组及阿奇霉素组,每组24只。除正常组外,其余各组小鼠制备MP感染模型。造模成功后,全方组灌胃清燥救肺汤混悬液1 g/ml、分解I组灌胃分解剂I混悬液0.61 g/ml、分解Ⅱ组灌胃分解剂Ⅱ混悬液0.39 g/ml,1次/d,连续14 d。阿奇霉素组灌胃阿奇霉素混悬液6 mg/ml,1次/d,连续3d后暂停4 d继续给药,分别于造模后第3、7、10、14天进行取材,摘小鼠眼球取血,采用ELISA法测定各组小鼠血清IL-10和TNF-α水平变化;采用流式细胞术检测小鼠脾脏灌洗液中CD4+、CD8+T细胞水平并计算CD4+/CD8+比值。结果造模后第14天,与模型组比较,全方组CD4+T细胞[(24.50±1.41)比(22.08±1.99)]、IL-10[(18.15±0.36)比(8.75±0.16)]表达升高(P<0.05);CD8+T细胞[(7.29±1.23)比(9.13±1.14)]、TNF-α[(28.32±1.90)比(37.97±1.71)]表达下降(P<0.05):CD4+/CD8+比值升高(P<0.05);分解I组CD8+T细胞[(7.50±1.45)比(9.13±1.14)]、TNF-α[(33.48±1.08)比(37.97±1.71)]表达均下降(P<0.05);分解Ⅱ组CD4+T细胞[(23.63±1.10)比(22.08±1.99)]、IL-10[(17.82±0.63)比(8.75±0.16)]表达升高(P<0.05)。结论清燥救肺汤可抗MP感染,其作用机制可能与其调节细胞免疫作用有关。
