摘要

Part-time labor which is a common non-standard labor relationship can not only optimize the allocation of labor resources and improve the employment rate, but also meet the diversified needs of enterprises and promote the growth of labor income. Due to the big difference between the legal status of full-time employment and part-time employment, there are many different views on the understanding and position of Chinese part-time labor. At present, The Labor Contract law in China does not make a clear definition of part-time labor, and the relevant provisions on full-time and part-time employment are also relatively vague. Therefore, this paper explores the research progress of legal system of Chinese part-time labor, and analyzes its shortcomings. Then, in view of the regulations of full-time employment and part-time employment in China, this paper also puts forward specific improvement suggestions, hoping to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the parties and promote the healthy development of economic society.
