An approach to evaluating the landscape design projects with intuitionistic fuzzy information

For more than 100 years, constitution as one of the modern art foundations, being a part of human culture has far reaching influence on almost every aspect of modern society, including landscape architecture. Based on analysis of the related documents this paper explores original relationship between garden and geometric art, and puts forward that constitution rules is one kind of abstract order, and plane constitution is the basis of the other correlation literature. An emphasis is on analysis of abstract relation between landscape design and point, line and plane in plane constitution. The paper puts forward that many of the landscape design works are linked with plane constitution such as grouping-repetition constitution, de-constitution, level & spatial constitution, balance-contrast constitution, order constitution, connection and imagination constitution, texture constitution. And application of all these constitutions in landscape design is examined. We utilize the intuitionistic fuzzy weighted average (IFWA) operator to aggregate the intuitionistic fuzzy information corresponding to each alternative and get the overall value of the alternatives, then rank the alternatives and select the most desirable one(s) according to the score function and accuracy function. Finally, an illustrative example for landscape design projects evaluation is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.
