摘要
Epileptic patients who suffer from refractory epilepsy linked to dysplasia located into eloquent cortex may sometimes undergo surgery with a good seizure outcome. Before surgery, the evaluation of the functional capacity of the abnormal cortex is required. Functional MRI (fMRI) is a new non invasive tool that may help to establish a reliable functional mapping of various functions such as language, memory, motricity or vision.
