摘要

We have prepared hyaluronic acid-coated silver nanoparticles (HA-AgNPs) via electrostatic interaction between the negatively charged HA molecules and positively charged AgNPs resulted in the assembly of HA-AgNPs by ultrasonication. The data exhibited that HA-AgNPs with uniform and nanosize particles with differentiating morphology in TEM and cell lines activity which display as anti-leukemic activity via ROS overproduction in comparison with that alone on leukemia cells. The results showed that HA-AgNPs significantly inhibited the leukemia cells viability via on the specific binding of HA with CD44 receptors by overexpressed on the cell surface, indicating apoptosis. Thereby endow with a novel approach for HA-AgNPs in leukemia treatment due to altered redox conditions in cancer cells and reduced systemic toxicity. Herein we present studies which provide precious insight into the design and improvement of leukemia-specific chemotherapy.
