摘要

Numerical simulations for mechanized tunneling in urban environments require, in addition to the realistic consideration of the geotechnical conditions, the construction process and the tunnel shell, an adequate representation of existing buildings. In the paper, a novel process-oriented finite element model for numerical simulation of shield-driven tunnels in saturated cohesive soils and its integration within a modeling platform for the model generation and coupling of partial models is presented. This interaction modeling platform and the numerical representation of existing buildings are presented in the context of the numerical simulation of a section of the construction of the Wehrhahn metroline in Dusseldorf.
