摘要
The Fabry-P,rot (F-P) etalon and intensified charge-coupled device (ICCD) can be used to obtain the scattering spectrum and retrieve the medium parameters. However, the instrumental broadening, along with the noise, which is mainly caused by the quantum nature of the scattered light and thermally generated electrons in ICCD, will affect the measurement accuracy of the spectrum characteristics. In this paper, the characteristics of these influencing factors are analyzed, and a processing method is proposed for accurate measurement. Experiment results show that the method can improve the measurement accuracy from tens of MHzs to MHz magnitude.
