摘要

To study the influence of drilling speed and feed to drilling temperature, some rules of temperature variation are obtained by using the temperature measuring method and finite element technique. A finite element model based on Deform 3D was used to simulate the drilling temperature distribution, and using semi-artifical thermocouple to measure drilling temperature. It was demonstrated that the temperature increases with larger drilling speed, and reduces with smaller feed. The results of simulation coincides with the results of experimentation.
