A Digital Filter Design Based on Adaptive Particle Swarm Optimization

摘要

Design IIR digital filters with arbitrary specified frequency is a multi-parameter optimization problem. In this paper, design of IIR filters based on Adaptive Particle Swarm Optimization (APSO) algorithm is proposed. Firstly, filter's design question is transformed to the filter parameters' optimized question, and then it carries on the highly effective search based on APSO algorithm in the entire parameter space, to achieve the optimization of parameters. The experimental results on the mixed-signal which are filtered by the filter designed by APSO algorithm are demonstrated effectively.
