摘要

Developing a nanoscale drug delivery system with fluorescence and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to optimize the imaging guided therapy has attracted great attentions in the area of nanomedicine. The aminopropyl functionalized gadolinium phyllosilicate (AGP) was prepared using one-pot direct sol-gel method. Then aggregation-induced emission luminogens (AIEgens) tetraphenylethene were modified onto AGP by post-grafting method via carbon nitrogen bond to form AIEgens functionalized nanomaterials. The obtained materials show strong blue emission centered at 480 nm and well dispersibility in water, which can be used as an effective luminescent bioprobe for intracellular imaging. Furthermore, the nanomaterials can be also used as MRI probes due to their enhanced signal intensity with increasing concentration of gadolinium ion, showing potential application in biomedical imaging.
