Dunham coefficients for the X-1 Sigma(+) ground state of BH and BD

All available spectroscopic data for the X-1 Sigma(+), A(1)Pi and B-1 Sigma(+) states of BH and BD have been combined in a multi-isotopologue fit to obtain Dunham coefficients for the X-1 Sigma(+) ground state. With no vibrationrotation data available for BD, the only way to determine the v = 1 <- 0 interval in the X-1 Sigma(+) ground state of BD was to use the 1-1 and 1-0 bands of the B-1 Sigma(+) - X-1 Sigma(+) system. An incorrect J assignment was found in the published data of the 1-0 band of the B-1 Sigma(+) - X-1 Sigma(+) system of BD, making them inconsistent with the more accurate data from the A(1)Pi - X-1 Sigma(+) system. With the correct J assignment, the v = 1 <- 0 interval in the X-1 Sigma(+), A(1)Pi and B-1 Sigma(+) states of (BD)-B-11 were determined to be 1690.773, 1581.095 and 1687.90 cm(-1), respectively. The values listed in Huber and Herzberg's book differ from the above values by similar to 2B, because they are based on an incorrect J assignment.
