摘要

The failure mechanism of single-layer geodesic latticed shells subject to severe earthquake actions was studied. Perfect and imperfect models of geodesic latticed shells with span of 40 m were calculated through full process dynamic analysis. Dynamic performance and failure model of this kind of shells were examined. Effects of initial imperfection, calculated by accordant imperfect mode method, on the dynamic performance of imperfect shells were analyzed. Effects of earthquake actions, element section and roof loads on the dynamic performance of imperfect shells were investigated as well. In addition, the dynamic failure mechanism and failure mode were studied with different parameters. Results obtained were compared with those of other sphere shells. It is indicated that the suggested theoretical procedure is effective and reasonable.
