摘要
Based on methods of direct digital circuit and I/O port of microcontroller, a new CCD driving circuit was designed, maintaining two original methods'; advantages. Results of simulation and experiment show that multiplex pulses can be obtained with high driving frequency. Simpler construction of circuit, easier programming and an excellent performance/price ratio of this method had been utilized in CCD image-gathering system.
