DYNAMIC MECHANICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF Si-Ge SYSTEMS MONOCRYSTALS

Electrophysical and dynamic mechanical characteristics of monocrystalline specimens of Si-Ge were investigated. Critical strain amplitude of breakaway of segments of dislocations from pinning centers and elasticity limits of Si, Ge, Si0,98Ge0,02 and Ge0,98Si0,02 monocrystals in conditions of torsion oscillations were determined on the basis of results of measurements of internal friction and shear modulus amplitude dependences.
