摘要

In order to analyze the acoustic streaming driving mechanism and acoustic pressure distribution of a non-contact ultrasonic motor, based on boundary layer theory, the phenomenon of acoustic streaming was discussed. The relationship between the velocity with the boundary layer and liquid thickness was obtained and the acoustic streaming function in boundary layer was analyzed. The finite element analysis of the acoustic field of the liquid inside the stator and the modes of the stator was made in this paper. The stator vibrating characteristics and the acoustic pressure distribution were also gained by harmonic response analysis. The analysis shows that traveling wave exists in the liquid when the stator vibrates. The result of this paper can give guidance in the structure design of the ultrasonic motor.
