摘要

Quantum chemical calculations were used for comparative analysis of the cations of the atrane structure [M(OCH2CH2)(3)N](+) (M = Si or Ge) with classic three-coordinate cations R3M+ of Group 14 elements. The possibility of nuclear chemical generation of atranylium cations in the condensed phase was experimentally demonstrated with silatranylium ions as examples.
