摘要

The simulation of air separation column is important for the design, control and optimization of air separation. A forty-thousand air separation column of Linde Company is simulated using Aspen plus. The molar factor of nitrogen, oxygen product obtained by simulation is 0.9998 and 0.9931 respectively, which is consistent with the design value 0.9999 and 0.995. The sensitivity analysis is presented. The relationship between the purity of nitrogen, oxygen product and three key operations such as air feed rate, lower tower sewage nitrogen quantity and waste nitrogen flow is studied. The results show that, the changes of the three operating variables have different effects on changes of purity of nitrogen oxygen product, which means different operation strategies can be taken in different conditions and objects.
