摘要

This paper presented a new network reconfiguration model based on the security region of distribution system (DSSR). The security margin index based on DSSR-security distance was introduced, which was the maximum increasable feeder load when the system satisfies N-1 security criterion. Then a model with the minimum network loss as objective function, and the security distance as constraints was established, and the model was solved by the improved genetic algorithm. The validity of the model was verified by the extended RBTS Bus IEEE 4 example. Compared with minimum loss model, the model achieved similar power loss but much higher security margin. Compared with load balancing model, the model also achieved better power loss and security margin. This is because the model takes into account the grid structure and load imbalance. In addition, the model can be customized for different feeders to meet different security need of users.
