摘要
A hydroxynaphthyl hydrazine linked calix[4]arene derivative (4) has been designed, synthesized and evaluated for multi ion recognition. 4 not only recognizes copper ions selectively through a change in color, UV-Vis and fluorescence spectrum but the resultant metallo-supramolecular complex (4 center dot Cu2+) emulates specific recognition of S2- ions as well.
