Hoplognathoca jinotega Cambra, Quintero %26 Brothers, sp. nov., female, from Nicaragua and Guatemala and the male of H. costarricensis Suarez, 1962 are described and illustrated. The genus Hoplognathoca is reported for the first time from Nicaragua.
