摘要

To prove effective outcomes related to universities' core competencies and intellectual capital, hence, maintaining high teachers development activities should have positive consequences on universities' effectiveness. In this research we aimed to explore the mediating role of knowledge management/organizational culture in the relationship between organizational culture/knowledge management and organizational effectiveness using a hypotheses model. The hypotheses model contends that knowledge management / organizational culture is preconditions required for effective organizational culture / knowledge management which is mediated and aimed at further improvement of organizational effectiveness in universities. Here we surveyed a sample of 493 universities' teachers in Anhui province of China and results showed that knowledge management and organizational culture are moderators of each other, and make partial mediation and effect on universities' organizational effectiveness. Implication of researcher and practice of findings are discussed further.
