摘要

This paper develops a multiple attribute emergency group decision making approach, where the individual assessments are provided as interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IVIFNs). First, based on the median of group decision, an ideal decision of group is constructed, and then the decision makers' weights are obtained according to the similarity measure between each individual decision and the ideal decision. Second, a method based on entropy values of IVIFNs is developed to determine the attribute weights. Finally, the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging operator is utilized to aggregate individual decision. To demonstrate the practicability and validity of the proposed hybrid fuzzy approach, an illustrative example of selecting the best emergency alternatives in fire disaster is given in the last resort.
