摘要
By using gamma irradiation, nano-Ag about 10nm can be prepared and distributed uniformly in PAM. The composites above are physically mixed with EVA, then forming stable Ag/PAM/EVA composites. By analyzing their dielectric properties, the results show that nano-Ag composites have higher resistivity and strength of the breakdown electrical field, lower tg delta, and a higher dielectric constant. The novel properties of nano-particles can be explained by the mechanics of Coulomb blockade.
