摘要
Two novel pyran-annulated heterocycles (compounds 1 and 2) were synthesized and characterized via IR, H-1 NMR, HRMS, and single crystal X-ray crystallography. The in vitro antibacterial activities of the two compounds against one drug-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 29213) strain and three methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA) strains (MRSA ATCC 700699, MRSA WPH 132, MRSA WPH 147) were evaluated by observing the minimum inhibitory concentration.
