摘要
The innovative course "Concept and Experiment of Structure Models" which was newly established in the civil engineering department of our school in 2013 was explored and investigated in the paper for its' teaching method and personnel training mode.Firstly, the purpose of teaching, the basic course requirements and the specific content of this course was described.The students-led teaching mode and the flexible,lively, scientific teaching methods including discuss learning style, heuristics learning style were introduced.Secondly, the specific cases of the lessons were illustrated, indicating that the first time of this lesson had achieved multiple personnel training targets for the students, including the innovative ability, teamwork, handson and experimental capabilities and the verbal ability, etc.Finally, through the pros and cons of teaching achievements reflection, some recommendations were presented for improving the teaching program.
