摘要
Antiplatelet and anticoagulant drugs are the mainstay of treatment of acute coronary syndrome (ACS). The last 30 years have seen the development of various agents, a deeper understanding of the pathobiology of this and an evolution in its treatment. We review the role of contemporary agents in ACS and highlight key clinical trials of these agents.
