摘要
Various analytical methods have been performed or adapted for the detection of small amounts of amino groups on solid surfaces. As well as the quantification of available amino groups, area-wide coatings should be detectable for applications such as biocompatible coatings of medically relevant materials. In this regard, photometric and fluorometric methods have been used and an enzymatic assay developed, all of which are compared herein.
