摘要

In order to solve the problem of weak optical signal detection, according to the principle of weak optical signal detection technology, a weak optical signal detection system based on single chip microcomputer is designed. First, several common methods of weak light signal detection are compared. Then, the amplification circuit, circuit control, power circuit, signal acquisition and transmission of the weak optical signal detection system are discussed. The amplification circuit part is emphatically analyzed. Using the function of the logarithmic amplifier and the integral amplifier, the signal is extracted effectively. The software part of the study is programmed by single chip microcomputer C language. Then, two kinds of photodiodes (PN and PIN) are used to analyze the incident light power and frequency characteristics of the weak optical signal detection system. The spectrum of the actual light emitting diode is measured. The results show that the system has achieved an ideal effect in the weak light signal detection.
