摘要
A new cryptoporic acid derivative, porialbocin A (1), together with the known compounds 2-6, was isolated from cultured mycelia of the basidiomycete Poria albocincta BCC 26244. The structure was elucidated on the basis of NMR spectroscopic and mass spectrometry data, which was further confirmed by chemical transformations. Porialbocin A (1) exhibited antiplasmodial, antimycobacterial, and cytotoxic activities.
