In order to reduce the maintenance costs and improve the universalization of equipment, the equipment based on the software communication architecture (SCA) is an important development direction. The realization of the function of SCA system is independent of specific hardware, which mainly depends on the application and development of waveform. The shield to underlying hardware of device interface defined by SCA system can realize the separation between the upper application and the underlying hardware so as to realize the cross-platform, portability and versatility. The general development ideas and test certification scheme suitable for versatility of our country's communication equipment are presented through the analysis of American SCA and its testing and certification method.
