摘要

Nb2Sr2-xYxO7 ceramics were prepared by conventional solid state reaction method. The influence of Y on the crystal structure, surface morphology, ferroelectric, dielectric and piezoelectric properties of Nb2Sr2-xYxO7 ceramics have been investigated. The results show that yttrium doped Sr2Nb2O7 ceramics, substituting Y3+ for Sr2+ at A site to form Nb2Sr2-xYxO7 solid solution, and enhance the ferroelectric, dielectric and piezoelectric properties of strontium niobate ceramics. At x=0.05, ferroelectric properties of Nb2Sr2-xYxO7 ceramics reach maximum (Pr=0.254 μC/cm2); At x=0.1, the dielectric properties of Nb2Sr2-xYxO7 ceramics reach the maximum value(Εr=90, tanδ&le0.01).
