A study about the control system of BLDCM

Based on the three-bridge circuit, several control methods of BLDC are introduced. Six PWM chopped wave methods of three-phase six-beat control are analyzed and compared. Then the Direct Torque Control method of the BLDC is also presented, and the feature and principle of this method are analyzed. According to this traditional DTC method, this paper gives out a revised DTC method without the flux linkage observation. MATLAB is used to simulate this control method. An experiment research is also conducted based on an 850W BLDC control system, and the results are presented to validate the theory.
