摘要

A new method of immobilized liposome chromatography (ILC) was proposed to analyse the biomembrane permeable compounds in combined prescription of traditional Chinese medicine. Separation for the extracts of combined prescription of Danggui Buxue decoction and its compositions with different extract processes on ILC column was compared, it was found that there are respectively 8 peaks with significant retention on ILC for water extract and 75% ethanol extract of combined prescription of Danggui Buxue decoction, and 3,6 and 9 peaks respectively for the water extract, methanol extract and 75% ethanol extract of Rdix Anelica Snensis, and 7 peaks respectively for the water extract, methanol extract and 75% ethanol extract of radix astragli. A quality control method was also developedbased on the technique, which was able to simultaneously determine the concentrations of ferulic acid and liguistilide in extracts of combined prescription of Dnggui Buxue Decoction and Angelica sinensis by water and 75% ethanol, and its result show that the concentrations of ferulic acid in water extract and 75% ethanol extract of combined prescription of Danggui Buxue decoction is respectively 0.0743% and 0.0688%, and liguistilide, 0.0472% and 0.457%; the concentrations of ferulic acid in water extract and 75% ethanol extract of Angelica sinensis is respectively 0.0694% and 0.0691%,and liguistilide, 0.0781% and 0.455%.
