A New Method of Selecting Supplier

Supplier's quality not only influences manufacture enterprise's achievement, but also determines the successful operation of entire supply chain. How to choose supplier scientifically and efficiently, and make stout supply chain system, have become a key point for the manufacture enterprise's decision-making day after day. Some methods have been proposed to select supplier such as neural network and genetic algorithm. These methods are affected by the quantity of supplier's attributes. A new method of selecting supplier in supply chain is presented that can solve the problem effectively.
