摘要

Two unusual phenyl derivatives, (+)-S-solatuberol (1) and (+)-R-solatuberic acid (2), were isolated from the aerial part of potato (Solanum tuberosum) infected by the pathogenic fungus Phytophthora infestans. Their structures were identified by extensive spectroscopic analysis, including HR-MS, IR, UV, 1D/2D NMR, and quantum calculation. Compounds 1 and 2 showed moderate inhibition against P. infestans with IC50 values of 0.95 and 1.96 mM, respectively.
