On the analysis of the relations between the enthalpy of formation, entropy, hydrogen storage capacity and component, bound parameters Of Mg(2-x)MxNi (M=Ti, Ag, Al) alloys, a model related to the enthalpy of formation, entropy, hydrogen storage capacity were presented. The main factors which influence the enthalpy of formation, the entropy, the equilibrium hydrogen pressure, the hydrogen storage capacity and the extent were obtained. The results show that the larger the electrongativaity difference (Delta X) and the elastic modulus (G), the lower the enthalpy of formation is. The entropy of hydride increases with the accretion of the electrongativaity difference (Delta X). The higher the elastic modulus (G), the atomic size ( delta), the charge-radii (Z/R) and the temperature, the larger the hydrogen storage capacity is, but it is inverse for the electron concentration (Delta n).
