摘要

The EV's distributive electric powertrain system (DEPS) has flexible and diverse control strategies and unique manipulation dynamics character. The performance of those DEPS control strategies is hard to test, especially in the early development stage of a new car. To solve the DEPS testing problem, a novel modeling method is proposed. A real-time DEPS model is established for the hardware in loop (HIL)test. Steering behavior and propulsion torque control law are considered in this model. Meanwhile the driver-vehicle-road close loop simulation environment is set up based on "preview"driver module and a 7-degree vehicle dynamics module with Dugoff tire model. Test bench speed control algorithm is proposed to generate the equivalent load. A model in loop (MIL) simulation and HIL test bench simulation are introduced. The results show that this modeling method can reflect the actual dynamic behavior of DEPS. The control strategy of DEPS can be tested on the test bench using the proposed HIL model and test bench control algorithm.
