An Efficient Probe Design Method Based on DNA Feature Sequence

The probe is designed to efficiently capture DNA sequences in a specific region, the exon region of a particular gene. In this paper, a DNA-based probe design method is proposed to quickly verify the uniqueness of the probe sequence in the DNA sequence, and a maximum pattern matching algorithm based on suffix is proposed. Through the GC content assessment, it is possible to effectively find the sequence and TM values that meet the requirements of the target area. By designing the probe for BCRA1 exon, the design of the probe sequence meets the design requirements.
