摘要

The micromechanics theory of polymer composite materials was used to establish the effective electrical conductivity model of graphite composites. Based on micromechanics, the self-consistent model was analyzed. The modified self-consistent model was put forward by the Eshelby tensor of polygonal inclusions and percolation theory. These applicable conditions of various models were compared. The modified self-consistent model was finally selected to predict effective electrical conductivity of graphite composites. The key exponent of system was determined according to experimental results. Results show that the modified self-consistent model can well predict the effective electrical conductivity of graphite composites. This modified model is also expected to provide useful guidelines for the design and optimization of graphite composites.
