摘要

In this work, the degradation behavior of poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co- hydroxyvalerate) powder in the presence of Pseudomonas Mendocina DS04-T was studied. The weight loss of PHBV powder degraded by P mendocina DS04-T underwent two stages of degradation that varied with exposure time. Differential scanning calorimetty revealed that the crystallinity of PHBV powder decreased. Melting temperature slightly declined with prolonged degradation time. Fourier transform infrared spectra showed that no new substances formed in the reaction system. Nuclear magnetic resonance spectra demonstrated that every unit of poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-hydroxyvalerate) was degraded.
