摘要

During the actual operation of the boiler in a power plant, the drum level changes continuously over time. This paper advances the time-span analysis model of the drum level based on the fractal scale-free interval through the utilization of a method combining fractal theory and time series statistical analysis. This model is utilized to analyze and calculate the actual drum level of a certain power plant. The calculation result indicates that the time series change result for the drum level has fractal characteristics when min is taken as the scale (i.e., 1-100 s); however, when h is taken as the scale (i.e., the scale is 10,000 s (2.78 h)), the fractal characteristics disappear. Therefore, it is assumed that it is appropriate to select min as the scale interval. Rescaled Range Analysis (R/S analysis) is utilized to analyze the Hurst index of the time series of the drum level. As a result, H is less than 0.5, indicating that the change of the drum level has a fluctuating property (the fluctuation cycle is repeated continuously). The research result indicates that the adoption of the R/S analysis model to analyze the changing rule of the time span of the drum level is effective and feasible.
