摘要

Cross-efficiency evaluation is an effective method for ranking decision making units (DMUs) in data envelopment analysis (DEA). A weighted neutral cross-efficiency method is proposed in this paper to determine efficiencies of DMUs by respectively considering the pessimistic and optimistic attitudes from the aggressive and benevolent cross-efficiency methods. In addition, the weights of the cross-evaluation determined by our method are positively influenced by self-evaluation of the currently-evaluated DMU and thus are propitious to reducing disputes. Numerical results show that our method can effectively discriminate DEA-efficient and DEA-inefficient DMUs and get more neutral cross-efficiency results.
